Planning for care

To deliver the best possible standards of care in your home, it is important that we understand your individual needs and preferences. Our care planner tool is the first step in helping us to gain an understanding of your specific requirements.

When arranging care, you will be visited by one of our managers, who will discuss what day the service will start and the times that you would like the carer to visit. The manager will pay great attention to your individual needs and preferences so we can ensure that we provide the right care and support in the way that you like best.

Your plan will be tailored specifically for you, and we will make sure you are given a copy of your care and support plan which will provide an outline of what we have agreed with you.

Fill out our care planner before you make that first call. You can print it out, and it will help you work out what you want. Our advisors naturally will also bring up other topics you may not have thought of, but the Care Planner can really help you to get organised.
